There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

Update fplll to 5.4.2 and python3-fpylll to 0.5.7

#### Testing the changes
- I tested the changes in this PR: **briefly**

This is used by sagemath, no recompilation needed. Quick test in sage and in python:
