Apple Silicon Mac support packages (v2)
This is the second iteration of https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/36390, see that for more details.
This PR can boot on a USB stick by using https://github.com/void-linux/void-mklive/pull/281

Changes:
- Updated m1n1, asahi-uboot.
- Added asahi-scripts package, with some useful scripts.
- update kernel to 6.0 series

To be improved:
- run `update-m1n1` upon every kernel update
- (possibly) run `update-vendor-firmware` within the initramfs

Not sure about:
- ship our own dracut config vs the one in asahi-scripts
