There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

virt-viewer: build bash-completion

Description:
At the time this package was last updated, bash-completion was somewhere in the dependency chain, so completions built, they don't anymore without this change.

intltool is not used upstream anymore, we only need perl and gettext
