Void 5.19.16_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel uptodate hold FF

### Package(s) Affected

libpyldb-util-2.3.2_1, libpytalloc-util-2.3.3_1

### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

_No response_

### Expected behaviour

samba-4.14.12_2 updates without issues.

### Actual behaviour

samba-libs-4.14.12_2 in transaction breaks installed pkg 'samba-4.14.12_1'

```

python3-3.11.0_1 is available and breaks packages relying on python3-3.10 shlibs

Update python3 to pkgver 3.11.x and then try to update `samba` or `samba-libs`
