I noticed armv6l-musl only. There is a condition for including libatomic into `monero/CMakeLists.txt` provided that the line containing `include(version.cmake)` exists, but it is not.

As for why it did not happen with monero is because `sed` was used instead of `vsed`. While I look for solutions, please replace `sed` with `vsed` on your side.
