You need to do `xbps-rindex -fa libtool-2.4.7_1.<arch>.xbps libltdl-2.4.7_1.<arch>.xbps libltdl-devel-2.4.7_1.<arch>.xbps`
(Also make sure you copied libltdl and libltdl-devel)
