gnome-terminal needs to be updated for nautilus:

xdg-desktop-portal-gnome needs to be revbumped.

The latest version of gnome-shell/mutter is 43.1.
Also, gnome-shell-extensions probably should be updated.

I also noticed a build failure for gnome-console related to an issue with the vte3 package. (Should be fixed by https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/40707)
