@leahneukirchen can you test this? I haven't been able to get trace-cmd to record anything, even from the examples in the man page, and i'm not sure if i'm doing everything right.

$ trace-cmd record -e all ls
trace-cmd: Bad address
  opening '(null)'
  ```
