@dataCobra idk how else we can please lint, seems overkill making patches for all arch's and moving from backtick operator to $ parentheses kinda is a last resort. In my humble opinion we should leave it as is, we are not executing anything from template only patching the configuration, so wait for Gimp 3 as maybe gnome have modernized all their scripts.. what do you think?
