This PR can boot on a USB stick by using https://github.com/void-linux/void-mklive/pull/281

Changes:
- update m1n1, asahi-uboot
- add a kernel hook for m1n1, modeled upon asahi-scritps and efibootmgr
- update kernel to 6.1 series
- ship dracut config

To be improved:
- deal with firmware from within the initramfs
