Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (5.15.5) with this library (5.15.7)

From lxqt-config:
Nothing launched, but rest of lxqt-config works fine

### Steps to reproduce

1. Launch lxqt-config
2. Launch lxqt-config-file-associations via clicking on "File Associations"
