Upstream has released 2.6.4. This has an upstream fix for test079 failing on musl (https://git.openldap.org/openldap/openldap/-/commit/a858f892b35d463b5b3324063579bd22504f06e8 https://bugs.openldap.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9931).
Will update the PR once I have rerun a few tests.
