Should I add `android-udev-rules` to `depends` perhaps? Another package that also depends on `android-tools` (`scrcpy`) doesn't have a dependency on `android-udev-rules`.

Edit: apparently this shouldn't be done because some people might prefer having their own udev rules, see https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/23284#issuecomment-651250858 for instance.
