Disabled tests for now since `ninja test` hangs at the end on 64-bit (regardless of outcome) due to `nvim` grandchildren not exiting. Still looking into this. Upstream later disabled them by default: equalsraf/neovim-qt@409fad81323f44e83ebcdbd4e8fa13bfff3f844c

This build has been my daily driver for the past week.
