Description:
When building a larger amount of packages with update-sys, I sometimes get a failure in the middle. When I fix it and run update-sys again, everything starts rebuilding, even the packages that built fine before. I think xbps-src should not do that and only build the packages that were not built before (effectively adding -E).
Adding -E as an argument to xbps-src just makes xbps-src exit after the first build.
