I think you need to overwrite the default target of qbe on 32-bit platforms.
I packaged qbe for termux. Maybe [this](https://github.com/termux-user-repository/tur/blob/master/tur/qbe/build.sh) helps. (I did ignore 32bit builds but the default target overwrite is included)
