- I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64-glibc)

`linux-wifi-hotspot` is the successor of `create_ap`, which got discontinued in 2021.
`linux-wifi-hotspot` additionally provides a gtk interface for creating hotspots, but it does contain a more updated version of `create_ap` too.
