you likely won't get an answer. ogham has been quiet since 2 years ago on github, 1 year ago on twitter, even further back on stack overflow (based on what they link in their website/github profile).
also, there's [100 commits since the only tag](https://github.com/ogham/dog/compare/v0.1.0...master), which is where most of the functionality of dog is.
I've looked into packaging dog before and decided against it because of these things
