The distfiles for the following packages are in fact reachable :
- [x] `memtester`
- [x] `perl-Email-MIME`
- [x] `purple-plugin-pack`
- [x] `qalculate-qt`
- [x] `thrift`
- [x] `xcompmgr`
- [x] `xditview`
- [x] `xdm`
- [x] `youtube-dl`

Moreover, the package `libpurple-hangouts` was removed (see #44406). I'll join the effort to fix the other distfiles' links.
