I _think_ there is a line missing in https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/srcpkgs/syncthing/template in the `post_install()` part where there should be a `vsv syncthing`

Or am I wrong here and should I install another package @Duncaen ?
Happy to make a PR, but not sure this is the issue.
