Comment:
- Tests aren't broken there. It's assumption that every package in PR can be installed alongside is wrong.
- postgresql14-libs should never be linked to, as explicitly stated in that PR. Will try to not create postgresql15-libs at all.
- postgis-postgresql14 didn't build anymore.
- Thanks for linking other pr, at least i could find reason of above.
