KDE Packages should always use the Released Tarball and not the tarball from their gitlab.
Which would be `https://download.kde.org/unstable/release-service/24.01.80/src/kdeconnect-kde-24.01.80.tar.xz`
( or `${KDE_SITE/stable/unstable}/release-service/${version}/src/kdeconnect-kde-${version}.tar.xz` )
24.01.80 is a beta version in peperation for the KDE 6 release in the beginning of next year.
