For musl, these test failures need to be investigated:
- `./tests/dd/no-allocate.sh: xmalloc: cannot allocate 16665 bytes` in CI;
- locally: `FAIL: tests/cut/cut` `FAIL: tests/expr/expr`, which however pass in ci
- locally on musl 1.2.4: also `FAIL: tests/split/line-bytes` `tests/dd/no-allocate`
