The package should run without issue

### Actual behaviour

The package fails to start with the error message `pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'cryptography<42,>=41.0.5' distribution was not found and is required by pyopenssl`

This is due to an update to `python3-cryptography` to 42.x.

Install the `deluge-gtk` package and try to run it
