The Void packages show that only libphonenumber-32bit are updated to 8.12.30.
libphonenumber-64bit still is on 8.12.39.
My evolution still fails to start up with the same error message in terminal.
I even installed libphonenumber-32bit to test, if this would resolve the issue, but it did nothing.
