These two cargo-plugins are in the way of updating libgit2: https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/45976

It should be acceptable to direct current users to use crates.io to install them instead - `cargo-edit` already partially is a stopgap tool for features intended in `cargo` itself, and `cargo-outdated` is a niche solution with existing alternatives like editor plugins.
