There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

python3-peewee: update to 3.17.3.

#### Testing the changes
- I tested the changes in this PR: **NO**, ~I have yet to test this.~ I don't really know how to test this well. All arches build, so that's that. It doesn't have that many dependants that I could test.
