This is a full rewrite for the latest Parsec,
new building rules required changes,
alongside new dependencies being introduced.
Parsec is a great remote viewing software,
superb tool for video editors, and
whomever needs a real-time VNC equivalent.

Edit: Made a mistake in branch, closing this in favor to #50055
