There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

digikam: update to 8.3.0, add dependancies on mysql and sqlite plugins

adds dependancies on qt6-plugin-{sqlite,mysql} because digikam needs at least one of those to function.

  - 86_64-musl
  - aarch64 (cross)
  - aarch64-musl (cross)

cannot be built on other archs because of webengine
