python3-pyside2 was fixed a while back with qt 5.15.10/11 and then broke again over the past months.

The patch from OpenMandriva allows python3-pyside2 to build again (required for qt5-webengine / ffmpeg6).

A quick build and install on another machine with base void packages does not appear to affect qt5 programs from running.
