Fixes: #50541
I don't use gpgme, but this seems to produce equivalent packages and breaks the cycle referenced in the above issue. Other options are dropping the `poppler` dependency in `sane` (which would break some scanners), dropping the `gpgme` dependency in `poppler` (not sure whether this would have a major impact), or dropping `sane` dependency in `colord` (also not sure whether this would have a major impact).
