### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

None

### Expected behaviour

Should be able to install qt5 without  pulling in gtk+3.

### Actual behaviour

Can't install qt5 without  gtk+3 due to inclusion of gtk+3-devel in qt5 makedepends.

### Steps to reproduce

Install packages requiring qt5 and gtk+3 also gets installed.
