Fixed a typo in `-Dsystemdsystemunitdir` that predates this PR (installed in the wrong directory). Doesn't really change anything since this pr doesn't install the service with elogind anymore.

polkit 124 also changed the default PAM directory from `/etc/pam.d` to `/usr/lib/pam.d`. I updated the `vinstall` to accommodate and added an explicit `-Dpam_prefix` to make it clear that they should be the same.

Aside from that, lgtm.
