If keeping `ffmpeg` where it's at and adding `ffmpeg6` brings new challenges, those will be the same challenges as moving `ffmpeg` to v6 while adding a new `ffmpeg4` package. I don't know what to do about executables for both packages---we could rename the v4 files if they conflict with the new one, but I haven't dug in too deeply yet.

I don't advocate bumping electron or qt stuff after other things are merged, just letting them stay as is until there is another reason to update them.
