### Expected behaviour

When adding a openconnect-VPN to NetworkManager you should be able to configure it.

### Actual behaviour

Gnome-control-center displays: 
`Error: VPN configuration editor cannot be loaded`

If run through the terminal, the following error appears:
`**[15363]: WARNING: Couldn't load builder file: (unknown)`

### Steps to reproduce

Install NetworkManager-openconnect, then try to add a Openconnect profile in the settings.
