Do any of the remaining v4 dependents actually require command-line tools? If not, I think making the original `ffmpeg` a library-only package is fine and we can let `ffmpeg6` be the only provider of command-line tools (and without versions in the executable names). But if VLC *et al.* require command-line tools, we probably need to take advice from @classabbyamp and let the new package provide tools with `6` at the end of their names.
