While `kf6-bluez-qt` is a dependency of `plasma-desktop` via `powerdevil`. Even if `bluez` is installed, `bluetoothd` service needs to be enabled (manually, in the first time) in order to make bluetooth works, no? Hence, putting into dependency doesn't help anything.
