There is no ETA for the merging of any PR, especially new packages.

I haven't looked at this at all. When I label PRs, it's usually from the list view. I don't have time to do a review of this PR now, so you'll have to wait for someone else to come along.

We also prefer that new packages be added by established contributors, so people don't add the package they want and disappear (leaving us to maintain it for you). I would suggest contributing changes to some existing packages first. A good way to do this is to look at the [list of available updates for unmaintained packages](https://repo-default.voidlinux.org/void-updates/void-updates/updates_orphan%40voidlinux.org.txt), the [list of open bug reports](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+-label%3Arequest), or the [list of "good first issues"](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3A%22good+first+issue%22).
