No crashes after input location in the weather plasmoid/widget

Try to use a weather widget and got crash, like in this video

1. Install plasma-desktop and related packages.
2. Try to add weather plasmoid/widget in the desktop area

I think this is something about Void Linux, because I run others Linux distros like TuxedoOS, Kubuntu, Neon KDE (which I am running right now!) and I can not see this issues.
But I am a bit of hop Linux distro, and I would like to try out VoidLinux again.

This is not fixed yet, since I was not able to reproduce it yet.

The **problem is still present** for me to the day! _(April 23rd 2025)_

When activated on the status area (or as a separate widget, no difference) the Weather closes down with no apparent errors short after it went out looking for the location that has been typed in.

I am on Void with kernel **linux-6.14.2.1** and **plasma 6.3.3**

I mainly run Arch and have an old funny Lenovo Miix 300 running Fedora 42, none of the other machines ever presented the same issue.

In my experience this kind of stuff in Void comes because of missing parts that in (most of the) other distros come installed by default or as a dependency, and it's a hunt of a kind, not least due to the very "insider-oriented" and at times frustrating documentation. I couldn't dig deep enough to get to the point here.

Hope it's getting somewhere, it's an irritating quirk.
I love Void for many reasons, but there must always be something there keeping me to adopt it as my main distro.
