New issue by v01dXYZ on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/52892

Description:
The current devel package `ceres-solver-devel` is tied to `eigen 3.3.9` while current `eigen` is `3.4.0`.

This hardcoded version is in the cmake script `CeresConfig.cmake`. Currently, running cmake in projects having ceres as a dependency generates an error about the mismatch with the installed eigen.

We should add `depends="eigen"`.

I confirm rebuilding the package solves the cmake error.
