while dracut is the de-facto default, it should be marked as such in dependencies. Maybe later on we can have a virtual package for initramfs generator.

to keep it simple, I think dracut should be a dep of asahi-base, at
least until there is a generic initramfs generator package.

the asahi-scripts package installs several things, among which hooks
for mkinitcpio and dracut, but it is up to the user which ones to use.
