- **python3-cysignals: update to 1.12.3.**
- **symmetrica: update to 3.1.0.**
- **lcalc: update to 2.1.0.**
- **m4ri: update to 20250128.**
- **m4rie: update to 20250128.**
- **brial: rebuild for m4ri-20250128.**
- **eclib: update to 20250122.**
- **singular: update to 4.4.1.**
- **sagemath: rebuild for updates**
