  *llvm8-8.0.0_4*

### Expected behavior
`/usr/bin/wasm-ld` to be a valid symlink
### Actual behavior
`wasm-ld` is a broken symlink

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
Install llvm8 without installing lld (lld is optional)
