New issue by PaperMountainStudio on void-packages repository

Description: Currently, there are 2 packages which provide youtube-dl.
- youtube-dl (python2)
- python3-youtube-dl (python3)

Since python2 won't receive any updates soon, I think we might make python3 default.

proposed packages:
- youtube-dl (python3) - renamed from python3-youtube-dl
- python-youtube-dl (python2) - renamed from youtube-dl

I am not sure what is the correct way to handle deleting a package (python3-youtube-dl won't exist anymore), so I can't make this change myself. If anyone points me to the right place in documentation, I will do it.
