There is a new pull request by fosslinux against master on the void-packages repository

python3-scipy: update to 1.3.1
The name and template have been changed to reflect that scipy no longer supports python2. Hence, there is no more `python-scipy` package.

`python-scikit-learn` has also been moved to `python3-scikit-learn` as it depends on scipy, so there can no longer be a python 2 version.

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/14428.patch is attached
