There is a new pull request by sammerry against master on the void-packages repository

https://github.com/sammerry/void-packages master
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/14445

adding go cross compiling flags example
Creating this pull request as an example for feed back.

I'd like to add cross compiling support for a few go projects like docker. Is this an appropriate place to inject go's cross compile flags?

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/14445.patch is attached
