New issue by travankor on void-packages repository

For reasons unknown to me, the icecat tarball is at 60, while there is a separate branch for [icecat 68](https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuzilla.git/log/?h=68).

I think void should switch to this branch unless there's a strong reason not to, due to all of the zero-day   vulnerabilities in firefox.
