There is a new pull request by kartikynwa against master on the void-packages repository

torbrowser-launcher: update to 0.3.3.
These patches were merged for the new release (can be seen [here](https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/pull/528)):
1. `tor-browser-developers.asc`
2. `apparmor.patch`
3. `sandbox.patch`

For `se-better-version-string-comparison.patch`, the version number comparison method was changed in [this PR](https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/pull/526) which requires `python3-packaging` so I have it added as a runtime dependency. Same PR changes how the GPG verification takes place so `files/tor-browser-developers.asc` has been removed too.

Also the dev is looking for a new maintainer if anyone is interested.

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/25402.patch is attached
