New issue by Noah-Huppert on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/28094

Description:
<!-- Don't request update of package. We have a script for that. https://alpha.de.repo.voidlinux.org/void-updates/void-updates.txt . However, a quality pull request may help. -->
### System

* xuname:
  *Void 5.9.16_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel notuptodate rrrmFFFFFFFFFF*
* package:
  *spotify-1.1.42_1*

### Expected behavior
Building spotify via `xbps-src pkg spotify` should succeed.

### Actual behavior

```
Verbose curl-ling this file seems to indicate that the server closes the connection. Same thing happens if I try and use Firefox to download.
I'm creating this issue to keep track of this. In a day or so I'll try the download again, maybe their server's are feeling a little silly today. If this issue persists I'll dig further and hopefully I can find a fix and make a PR :)
### Steps to reproduce the behavior
0. Be in North America east coast
1. Clone down void-packages
2. In `etc/conf` place `XBPS_ALLOW_RESTRICTED=yes`
3. Run `./xbps-src binary-bootstrap && ./xbps-src pkg spotify`
