There is a new pull request by nilium against master on the void-packages repository

xq-api: update to 0.5.0.
Adds the RELOAD_EVERY config option to set the -reload-every flag for
the service.

This is to support use of xq-api inside of a container without the need for a cron service HUP-ing it, per @the-maldridge's request.
